The Marine Corps Band New Orleans Marching Ensemble will perform patriotic music while on the march at the The St. Patrick's Day Parade, "The Wearin' of the Green." The Parade will begin at 8:00 am, and start on the corner of Acadian Thruway & Hundred Oaks. The parade along with the band will be honoring MSgt Hillar Moore and his family as they march behind the Marine Corps Band New Orleans. MSgt Moore was designated the Grand Marshal in September 2012, but unexpectedly passed away in September of the same year.
