High School Information
There is no DoDDS high school in the Garmisch area. The school of choice for high school age students is Munich International School. Please visit the Munich International School web site to download application materials. All high school age students wishing to attend MIS must apply for admission.
All high school age students in the Garmisch area should register with the non-DOD school program. Registration information and further information concerning high school options can be found on the non-DOD school program web site.
To be entitled to Non-DoDDS support you must receive a Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) and have US Government funded transportation authorized for you and your family members (Reference DoDEA 1342.13).
