Announcement:
With the December release on February 8, 2013, we are introducing our new Standard Product Download system which will allow you to download your data without going through the hassle of inputting your username and password multiple times. Under the new system, you will log in with your email address and a password you select. You will be able to navigate your subscriptions easily because only the files you ordered will appear. Subscriptions are now available for the current year and three prior years (currently back to 2010).

Access the new system by going to http://www.census.gov/foreign-trade/download/dvdmenu/. The current U.S. Foreign Trade Data Downloads will be taken down on March 1, 2013.

To change your password, you simply input your email address on record as your username and your current password as the pin. You will be then be prompted to set a new password and challenge questions.
