Sean grew up in Maryland.

He started in broadcasting as a disc-jockey for AFN Frankfurt and later was host of The Eagle Midday Show, aired throughout Europe, Iraq and Afghanistan. Later as a television reporter he covered many subjects, including the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, military programs, morale activities, and soldier and veteran profiles. He has been a part of many award-winning production teams in Germany, The Balkans, and The Benelux.

In 2007 he was appointed Broadcast Operations Manager of AFN Benelux, serving US and NATO communities in Belgium, The Netherlands, and Germany. In addition to his administrative tasks, he still finds time to host the station’s daily radio newscast.

Sean is a graduate of the University of Maryland and the Defense Information School.
