Blanchfield Pharmacies

For all refill requests, call 798-DRUG (3784) and pick up refills 2 working days later at the Town
Center Pharmacy, located adjacent to Military Clothing Sales on Michigan Ave.

Main Outpatient Pharmacy
The Main Outpatient Pharmacy is a full service operation for new prescriptions from military or
civilian providers. Refills must be called ahead and picked up at the Town Center Pharmacy.

Location: BACH “B” Building, 1st Floor
Hours of Operation:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 0730–1700
Thursday: 0900-1700
Training Holidays (DONSA) 0800-1700 Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays Closed.
NOTES:
1. The pharmacy opens one hour later on Thursdays to allow for staff training and development.

2. For refill requests, call 798-DRUG (3784) and refills may be picked up two working dayslater at the Town Center Pharmacy, located adjacent to Military Clothing Sales on Michigan
Ave.


Town Center Pharmacy
The Town Center Pharmacy is a full service operation for new prescriptions from military or
civilian providers as well as refill pick up.

Location: Building 98A next adjacent to Military Clothing Sales on Michigan Avenue
Hours of Operation:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 0800–1800
Thursday: 0900-1800
Saturday: 0800-1600
Training Holidays (DONSA) 0800-1700 Sunday and Federal Holidays Closed

NOTES:
1. To ensure all prescriptions may be filled, the last new prescription ticket will be given 15 minutes prior to closing.

2. For refill requests, call 798-DRUG (3784) and refills may be picked up two working days later at the Town Center Pharmacy, located adjacent to Military Clothing and Sales on Michigan Ave.

LaPointe Pharmacy
The Lapointe Pharmacy fills new prescriptions for active duty Soldiers only. Any formulary
medication not stocked at the LaPointe Pharmacy can still be obtained at the Main Outpatient
Pharmacy or Town Center Pharmacy. Refills must be called ahead and picked up at the Town
Center Pharmacy.

Location: LaPointe Health Clinic
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday: 0700-1600
Closed weekends, holidays and DONSAs (training holidays)

Byrd Pharmacy
The Byrd Pharmacy is a full service pharmacy that fills new prescriptions for enrolled
beneficiaries only. Any formulary medication not stocked at the Byrd Pharmacy can still be
obtained at the Main Outpatient Pharmacy or Town Center Pharmacy. Refills must be called
ahead and picked up at the Town Center Pharmacy.

Monday-Friday: 0700-1600
Saturday, Sunday, Federal Holidays & Training Holidays (DONSA) Closed

Screaming Eagle Pharmacy
The Screaming Eagle Pharmacy is a full service pharmacy that fills new prescriptions for
enrolled beneficiaries only. Refills must be called ahead and picked up at the Town Center
Pharmacy.

Location: within Gateway Medical Center in Clarksville, TN
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday: 0800-1700, closed 1230 to 1330 for lunch
Closed weekends and holidays

Refill Prescription Options
For your convenience, we offer 3 ways to refill prescriptions.

Phone: Please call the automated Prescription Refill Line at (270) 798-DRUG (3784). Refills will
be filled and ready to be picked up in 2 working days later at the Town Center Pharmacy,
located adjacent to Military Clothing Sales on Michigan Ave.

Mail: Prescription refill request cards are available at all BACH Pharmacy windows. For your
convenience, the mail-in card has a space for patients to designate their preferred pick up date.

Online: Requests may be submitted at the BACH Online Pharmacy Refill Request website.

Note: The patient does not need to be present to pick up a prescription; however their
designee needs to bring the patient's military identification card or a copy (front and back) to
verify eligibility. Refills that have not been picked up within 10 days will be returned to stock,
and a new request must be submitted.
