Hurricane Sandy Closes Multiple USCIS Offices and Impacts Phone Operations
Due to Hurricane Sandy, multiple USCIS offices will be closed. All applicants appointments will be rescheduled to the next available appointment date; applicants do not need to do anything to request a rescheduled date. However walk-ins will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
Hurricane Sandy has impacted our phone operations for Monday October 29. Customers needing to reach a USCIS Immigration Information Officer are encouraged to call between the hours of 1100am and 800pm Eastern Standard Time or visit our website.

My citizenship interview suppose to be oct. 30, 2012.....how long before they reschedule the next appointment again? I know everybody is busy because of the hurricane....just want to have an idea.
