Who We Are
The members of the Boulder Labs Diversity Council (BLDC) are individuals representing the different labs of NOAA, NIST and NTIA, under the of the Department of Commerce in Boulder, Colorado. All members are interested in diversity issues and in making the Boulder Labs an enjoyable and fulfilling workplace for Federal, contract, and Joint Institute employees.
The mission of the BLDC seeks to create a unified work environment where all Boulder Lab employees are respected and valued for their contributions.
