Cleveland steelworker to attend State of the Union address

WASHINGTON -- When President Barack Obama addresses the nation tomorrow night from the Capitol, many Clevelanders will be watching on TV. But Gwendolyn "Cookie" Hall will watch the speech live.

She's the guest of Sen. Sherrod Brown, who invited the steelworker to use his extra ticket. She is also there to help Brown make a point: Given the right tools and training, American workers can make anything as well as or better than anyone else.
