OPERATIONAL ARCHIVES
The Operational Archives at the Washington Navy Yard is open for researchers from 0900-1600 Mondays and Fridays only.
This adjustment is to allow preparation for moving a significant portion of archival material to facilities with archival standard environmental conditions.

Aviation History and Ships History Archives - Open 0900 to 1600 Monday, Thursday, and Friday - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
CURATOR ARTIFACT COLLECTION
The Curator Branch of the NHHC at the Washington Navy Yard recently completed the process of relocating collections deemed to be at "High Risk" to proper storage facilities in preparation for a mold remediation project. During this work phase, access to parts of the Curator Artifact Collection is not possible. Curator Branch staff is available to respond to inquiries. Updates will be provided as to when normal operations are restored.
Archives
The Operational Archives, Aviation Archives, and Ships Archives will be closed 28 Jan to 8 Feb, and again from 4 Mar through 15 Mar, to allow staff to prepare for facility improvements and backlog processing.
