The Conference Center of the Americas (CCA) is a new, world-class facility featuring state-of-the-art integrated technology. It is located in the U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) headquarters in Miami, Florida. The conference center offers first rate meeting and conference accommodations in a secure venue. Our mission is to provide excellent customer service in a safe and secure facility to support U.S. whole-of-government solutions through collaboration with our strategic partners.
Facilities
The spacious and comfortable main conference room covers 6,000 square-feet that can accommodate 230 guests. It is equipped with high quality 24 integrated video screens and personal audience response devices and speakers. It also features a private over-head viewing area also outfitted with personal audience response devices and speakers.
The CCA also has one medium conference room that seats up to 70 guests, and eight smaller meeting rooms that can be combined to create three medium meeting rooms to accommodate up to 80 guests.
The venue's reception area is a striking two-story foyer for meeting breaks and lunches. It offers a view of U.S. Southern Commands reflecting pool and a lounge-like setting.
Services
Meeting Rooms: are all equipped to hold Secret classification level briefs. Two medium sized meeting rooms can hold up to Top Secret classification level discussions.
Translation: Two interpretation/translation rooms are available for up to four languages.
Audio-Visual: Video-teleconferencing services are available with on-site support.
Telephone, fax and high-speed commercial Internet cafe: available for your convenience.
Distinguished Visitor Suites
Three onsite, fully equipped executive support offices are available for use by distinguished visitors. A private meeting room and lounge area compliments the executive office
