President Barack Obama issued a Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA) to reduce deportations and to grant Work Authorization for undocumented youth. Volunteer attorneys will be available to assist you in determining eligibility and completing your DACA application on site.

You may be eligible for DACA if:

• You were under the age of 31 on June 15, 2012;
• You came to the United States under age 16;
• You have lived in the United States from June 15, 2007 until now;
• You are currently in school, or you have already graduated from high school or obtained a general education development (GED) certificate or are an honorably discharged veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States;
• You have not been convicted of certain crimes.
