Aurora Water Mission Statement
Our mission is to enhance and protect the quality of life for Aurora citizens by providing quality water, sewer and storm drain services in a manner that balance social, environmental and economic needs. Aurora Water provides drinking water, stormdrain and sewer service to over 325,000 residents of Aurora, Colorado. Recognized nationally for its high level of professionalism, strong values and award winning water, Aurora Water has one of the most environmentally friendly, yet sustainable water systems in the arid west.
News Aurora and Water Wise newsletter is monthly publication distributed to more than 80,000 residents through the mailed water bill. This newsletter, which is mailed out monthly to Aurora Water customers, contains citywide news and information. Residents who are not customers of Aurora Water are encouraged to sign up to receive the newsletter electronically and find out what's happening in your city.

The Citizen Water Advisory Committee (CWAC) is seeking a commercial water rate payer to fill a vacancy. CWAC is comprised of six residential customers and one commercial customer. It is tasked by the Aurora City Council to provide counsel and recommendations to Aurora Water on the budget, departmental work plans, operational needs, strategic planning, long-range capital improvements, financial planning and intergovernmental relations.
