FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Valley Congressman Jim Costa is calling for congress to pass the farm bill.
Jim Costa (D), who represents Fresno, is asking lawmakers to stop delaying and get to work for our nation's dairymen, farmers, and producers.
Members of congress returned to work this week, and Costa wants them to focus on passing the bi-partisan farm bill. Valley ag officials say the a new farm bill is the only effective way to address issues ranging from crop insurance to reforming the federal milk marketing order.
