Browser requirements for viewing the data tables
USA Trade Online is compatible with the following internet browsers:
- Internet Explorer 7 or later.
- Mozilla Firefox 3 or later.
- Chrome 4 or later.
- Safari 4 (Windows) or later.
In addition, your browser has to have JavaScript support enabled for our data site. If you encounter problems with this, it may be because of security levels that have been implemented in your browser to prevent unauthorized sites from interfering with your system. Internet Explorer, for example, uses the concept of "web content zones" which are found under Tools | Internet Options... | Security. The URL used for USA Trade Online data should either be considered "Trusted" or given a level of "Medium" or lower. "Active scripting" should be enabled for it.
Note: If your users connect to the Internet using a proxy server but they will connect to USA Trade Online over an intranet, they must set their browsers to bypass the proxy for local connections.
