A heavy snowfall doesn't stop local children from gathering around Afghan National Civil Order Police officers patrolling through the Gardez market area, gathering intelligence and handling out school supplies to children. The patrol was part of an exercise designed to demonstrate skills learned in the ANCOP intelligence/ counterinsurgency operations basic course.
