U.S. Forest Service officials announced this week the release of the Decision Notice (DN) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) documenting the agency’s consent to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to issue permits to Ascot USA, Inc. for limited mineral prospecting on Goat Mountain, in the upper Green River Watershed of northwest Skamania County, Wash.
Today holly has invaded all the wooded areas, borders and flower beds in the housing area. Many holly trees have been cut down in the past, but have resprouted to form multiple trunks, and grown to 4-5 inches around.
