The American Heart Association's mission is to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. That single purpose drives all that we do. We know that physical activity has many health benefits such as weight management and helping to manage high blood pressure. Join the Get To Goal Challenge and get moving towards a healthier and more powerful you.

The AHA recommends 30-minutes of moderate activity most days (such as walking), but three 10-minute periods of activity are almost as beneficial to your overall fitness. It all counts, so start counting the activity minutes and racking up those Earndit points to qualify for the Get To Goal Challenge prize drawing for a chance to win a $100, $50 or $25 Tango Card. You also get a chance at a $10 Tango Card just for taking the first step and joining the challenge.

(CPC)L- What device are you using? I've never had a problem uploading points and I've never had to give my email out for anything. I have the Nike+ Sport watch. I've heard a few people with the fitbit say it sometimes needs to be reuploaded.
