The Republican game of chicken is over. Eric Cantor proposes a three-month deal on the debt ceiling, but some Democrats are calling it a trap.

Tonight at 8p/11pET on “The Ed Show” on MSNBC, Ed Schultz will ask Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, (D-FL) Chair of the Democratic National Committee, what she thinks.

Republicans hold a panel discussion on how to communicate with minorities and women, but it was held in a room named for a slave-owning family and no African-Americans were on the panel.

Are Republicans becoming a regional party? We’ll ask Col. Lawrence Wilkerson, former Chief of Staff at the State Department during Gen. Colin Powell’s term and currently the Pamela Harriman Visiting Professor at the College of William & Mary.

The American people are getting ripped off by a Congress that just isn’t working. Rep. Rick Nolan (D-MN) was there 30 years ago and he’s back now and can’t believe the difference!

It’s do or die time for filibuster reform and Democrats are about to drop the ball. Tonight, Ed’s got a message for Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid reaction from Larry Cohen, President of the Communications Workers of America.

And in the BIG Finish, is it an admission of guilt if you don’t show any remorse? Jeffrey Gardere, Psychologist and author of “Love Prescription: Ending the War Between Black Men and Women,” reviews Lance Armstrong’s bizarre performance last night.
