Man admits killing missing Hillsboro woman, leaving body near Henry Hagg Lake, court records say

Eloy Vasquez-Santiago, 29, told two Hillsboro detectives that he struck and then stabbed 55-year-old Maria Bolanos-Rivera, killing her, according to an affidavit in support of an arrest warrant filed in Washington County Circuit Court.
