What’s your job?
My job is to perform corrective maintenance as well as preventive maintenance on all ground vehicles of the Marine Corps.
What’s your favorite aspect of your job?
My favorite thing about my job is there is always something to be done whether it’s changing the oil in a seven-ton truck or changing a tire bearing on a water bull trailer.
What’s the most challenging part?
The most challenging part of my job is protecting the lives of fellow Marines by ensuring that I do my job correctly.
How does your job support the mission of 2nd MAW?
We are the first to be called for vehicles when units are going to conduct field operations training. We also deal with a lot of the ground vehicles that need maintenance.
