An Act


 
To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at
4960 West Washington Boulevard in Los Angeles, California, as the ``Ray
Charles Post Office Building''. NOTE: July 12, 2005 -  [H.R. 504]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 4960
West Washington Boulevard in Los Angeles, California, shall be known and
designated as the ``Ray Charles Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Ray Charles Post Office
Building''.
