Craig has fifteen years experience working in information technology in leadership positions ranging from web development, to information security and policy, to user services. Craig has numerous professional and academic publications and presentations. His latest book chapter in an edited edition published by Scarecrow press is titled “Privacy in Times of War” in 2011. In 2010 he authored a chapter titled “Getting Management Buy-In” in a book titled IT Security Metrics published by McGraw Hill. In addition to his work experience and authorship, is a PhD student at the School of Information at the University of Texas at Austin. He has deep academic training in privacy and social networking, but tries hard not to let that get in the way of writing interesting articles on these subjects!
