Washington, D.C. – Friday, March 4, U.S. Representative John R. Carter (TX-31) will be Cactus Ranch Elementary School’s principal for a day. Carter will be giving some much needed time off to the full-time principal Vicki Crain. While on campus, Carter will spend time with students, teachers and staff and have the opportunity to see what is happening in the classrooms. Who: U.S. Congressman John R. 7:40 a.m. to 1 p.m. Where: Cactus Ranch Elementary School, 2901 Goldenoak Circle, Round RockDirections to the school: From Northbound I-35: Take the Exit #254 for FM3406. Turn west on 3406 at the Rudy's BBQ. Go approximately 1.5-2 miles and look for the windmill on the right. The street is Wyoming Springs. Turn right onto Wyoming Springs. Go almost to the end and turn right on Behrens Blvd. Turn left on Golden Oak Circle. The main entrance is marked by the flag pole. Please do not enter at the other entrances.
