The RSA Shorts animation series provides a snapshot of a big idea, blending voices from the RSA Public Events Programme and the creative talents of illustrators and animators from around the world.
It responds to the ever-increasing need for new ideas and inspiration in our busy lives and acts as a jolt of 'mental espresso' that will awaken the curiosity in all of us.
If you're interested in the opportunity of animating one of our Shorts, please email your bio and links to your portfolio to shorts@rsa.org.uk.
The RSA Animate series is an innovative way of sharing world-changing ideas. All audio is taken from the RSA's free events programme, and all animations are created by Cognitive Media.
The Great Recovery is an RSA project. It seeks to fill the knowledge and innovation gaps associated with designing for a circular- economy model.
It will build professional networks between designers, material scientists, brands, manufacturers, recycling and recovery experts. There is an exciting workshop program where we discover how design can play a part in the solutions.
The winner of the RSA / Nominet Trust Film Competition Award is Marija Jacimovic and Benoit Detalle's stop-motion film of Michael Pollan's Food Rules.
