Your Turn to Sound Off on Fiscal Cliff
Dear friends,
This weekend, I joined House Republican colleagues in offering a new plan to avert the “fiscal cliff” that cuts spending, and protects middle class families and small businesses from higher tax rates. When the clock strikes midnight on Dec. 31, 2012 – just 17 days from today – the tax relief policies enacted in 2001 and 2003 and extended with the support of Democrats in Congress and President Obama are again scheduled to expire. As we wait for a proposal from the administration that includes spending cuts, I would like to hear your thoughts on the fiscal cliff. (If you are experiencing any technical problems, please visit the “view the message online” link at the top of this e-mail, or click here).
Best wishes,
