Sequester delayed for two months; pay freeze extension still possible
A bill averting the "fiscal cliff" now heads to President Barack Obama for his signature. The House also passed a separate bill to extend the pay freeze for federal workers for all of fiscal 2013. But the Senate still must pass the bill.
