Alright, I've read up a bit about this and I understand it a bit. So basically it's just like the battle.net authenticator and what you'd do is pair it up with a password storer thing such as lastpass. This would log you in without you having to input your pw. So I'm guessing key-loggers or some sort of loggers could get you as it still send your pw and user through the website as normal...

In theory, yes. In the practice, that's why you are using OTP... because they're useless once they've been used.

You enter "password1", "password1" is no longer valid in that exact moment. Who fucking cares if that password gets logged...

You need to understand better how this device works to answer that question by yourself.

You need to have a backup yubikey in you want to recover from lost or damage. Maybe you can copy the encryption keys somewhere also...

Yeah I have a battle.net authenticator. So all in all this is basically just a keyboard? Wouldn't that mean keyloggers can still get your passwords from this?
