Why is The Daily shutting down?
The Daily was an incredible vehicle for innovation and we're proud of the groundbreaking work we did but, ultimately, we were not able to grow as large an audience as we'd hoped.
Do I get a refund?
Yes, your account will be credited for unused portions of your subscription after the last day of publishing, on December 15, 2012.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You do not need to cancel your subscription in order to receive a refund.
I no longer have the credit card that my subscription was originally charged to. How can I change my information?
All questions relating to billing information should be directed towards customer support of your subscription provider.

What will appear within the app once The Daily publishes its final issue?
Our final issue will be published on December 15, 2012. This issue will stay within the app permanently.
I want to see the final issue, but am having trouble loading the app. Is there anything I can do?
Make sure you have the most recent version of IOS and The Daily installed on your iPad. If you're still experiencing problems after updating to the most recent version (1.2.10), please shut down and reboot your iPad. If the above does not resolve the issue, complete the following steps:

1. Delete the app from your device. To do that, tap and hold The Daily button in the Newsstand until an 'x' appears and all of the app icons start to wiggle. Tap the 'x' to delete your current version.

2. Reinstall the app. Do this by finding the icon called "App Store" on your device and opening it. You will find The Daily listed under the "Purchased" button, which appears at the bottom of the page within the "App Store". Find "The Daily" from amongst your listed purchased apps and tap on The Daily's icon. Use the install button to download the app.

3. The installation process will complete when the blue progress bar is completely filled. Return to Newsstand and open The Daily app from there.
