Connect...with caregiving experts, guest speakers and other caregivers.

Care Connection, a strategic alliance between the Alzheimer's Foundation of America and Ask Dr. Jamie, is a free telephone support service designed for caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related illnesses. These teleconferences are a valuable mix of coaching, guest speakers, questions and answers--and sharing.

The sessions are live every Thursday night at 9 pm Eastern Time.

Dr. Jamie Rotnofsky, a psychologist and professional life coach, hosts the weekly telephone sessions, offering support, inspiration and connection with other caregivers. Up to 150 family and professional caregivers from anywhere in the nation can call in to the live one-hour phone sessions. Caregivers can simply listen or contribute to the conversation during the interactive sessions.  Each week, Care Connection presents either a guest speaker who discusses a caregiving or dementia-related subject--medical, behavioral, practical, social and spiritual, or Dr. Jamie leads a discussion on specific topics tailored to caregivers' needs. For information about specific speakers and topics, visit www.askdrjamie.net.

Connecting is free and simple.

Each Thursday at 9 pm Eastern Time, call Care Connection's toll-free number and, when prompted, enter the designated guest identification number.
