BREAKING NEWS: Obama Bans Ammunition Sales

Last week Obama and Biden invited several large retailers to the White House to discuss gun control. Now we know what it was really about. Obama has started his gun grab already and it is showing up nationwide. He made a calculated move since he knows a gun ban will not happen without a fight. He went after the ammo. Several retailers have reported that they are not ordering any more ammo including several online retailers who are suddenly out of stock and Wal-Mart our nations largest retailer. This comes just one week before the Dictator in Chief is to be sworn in for term number 2. Rumblings by several militia groups are already stirring as this is going down. What is next Obama? Martial Law??? More as this develops and here is some more info you might want to help fight this tyranny...

I do not have a link as of yet but here is what I have found out…
Stopped by my local Wal Mart this morning. They are out of almost every kind of ammo.
I asked to talk to the person in charge of ordering to see if they had any information on this subject.
The manager I talked to said they had not heard anything…BUT.
She tried to order some .223 as I was standing there. She said the order was being rejected by the corporate office. Said she had never had that happen.
She called corporate as I was standing there.
And was told this. “As of right now Wal Mart is not going to be making any new orders of ammo because of the upcoming decision on the second amendment”. Said, “As of right now we are unsure of what new legislation might be coming, and because of this, we are suspending new orders. We will continue to sell what is already in stock in stores and at our distribution centers, but any new orders will not be shipped until the issue is resolved”.
So after they run out, there will be no restocking until Obama makes his decision…Hows that change working out for you now?
As I said, I dont have a link, but you can call Wal Mart headquarters at 1-800-925-6278 for yourself and ask. After the answer press 2 then 1 then 1 again and wait to talk to a rep. I just did this myself and was told the same thing.
Something must have changed at the meeting they had on Thursday.
Guess we will have to wait and see what Obama has in store for us next.

Obama Puppet Master Soros Dictating Gun Law Change

Multi Billionaire and overall scum of the earth George Soros who is the man really running the White House is now leading the charge to nullify our rights as Americans. Not only is he a Nazi sympathizer from way back and a wanted man in his own native land he is also who the American voters actually re-elected as President of The United States on November 6th as Barack Obama is just his mouthpiece and will be his fall guy when America finally wakes up from the Kool Aid Coma they have been put into. Here is more on the story from www.Breitbart.com ...

America's Actual Current Sitting President

George Soros' Center for American Progress (CAP) has published a list of 13 new pieces of legislation they claim we need right now, in the wake of the crime at Sandy Hook Elementary.

As you will see, these proposals--like others from liberals--would not have stopped the shooting from taking place: they would not even have hindered it. But they would make it harder for law abiding citizens to get the guns they need to defend their lives and families.
For example, one of new laws that CAP wants is an end to private gun sales. This would include, of course, an end to those dreaded gun shows.
Question: Did Adam Lanza buy his guns in a private sale? No. He took them illegally and used them illegally.
Another proposal by CAP is for states to turn over more personal information on citizens to the federal gov. so that background checks work better.
Question: Did Adam Lanza foil the background check system to get his weapons? No. As a matter of fact, reports indicate he purposely forewent the background check because he knew he wouldn't pass it.
Many of the other proposals include things which you probably guessed Soros & Co. would suggest--"assault weapon" ban, "high capacity magazine" ban, start gun registry database, and "treat gun trafficking as a serious crime."
Seriously--what does a gun registry have to with ending crime?
And it's funny that we need to treat gun-trafficking "as a serious crime," when the highest ranking law enforcement official in our nation--AG Eric Holder--sat over a gun trafficking scheme that eventually meant 2,500 firearms were smuggled out of the U.S. and into Mexico. I do not remember Soros calling for Holder's prosecution over that.
To be fair, Soros & Co. do make one point that's quasi-sensible. And that's that federal agencies need to communicate with one another more when one agency has pertinent information on a potential gun buyer (conservatives have said this same thing concerning terrorism and terrorists for years).
They highlight this need by pointing out that Tuscon shooter Jared Loughner was denied entrance into the Army because of drug abuse problems in 2008. They believe this information, had it been shared with other agencies, would have prevented Loughner from passing a background check for the handgun he used in his crime against former Rep. Gabby Giffords.
It must be noted, however, that even this quasi-sensible suggestion is a non-starter if it is a backdoor avenue to a new registry.
Soros & Co. undoubtedly believe guns are the problem. Rational people, on the other hand, know that criminals are the problem. If we create registries, pass bans, and give the government a greater share in our daily lives than they already have, we will soon realize that we ourselves have infringed on the very right our Founders marked as sacrosanct--private gun ownership.

BREAKING NEWS: Osama Bin Laden Pictures Released

We actually feel that Osama Bin Laden is alive and well and being held at Guantanamo Bay or another facility but the Obama Lie Factory has told America otherwise so we will show you the pictures we have of Osama that Obama does not want you to see while the court system battles to squash the non existent real pictures of him or his death. It is all a scam perpetuated on America. That is why Obama is fighting to not show the pictures because he is not dead and he knows it. This is not a conspiracy theory this is theory based on fact. Whether you choose to drink the Kool-Aid that Obama is peddling like Jim Jones or see the reality of what might well be happening to America is your choice. We will let you decide based on the following. Here is more on the court wranglings and the pictures Obama showed to Congressmen to pass off as Osama...

Bert and Benny???

Now the "Death Pictures"...

WASHINGTON -- Judges on a federal appeals court here gave little indication on Thursday they would second-guess the Obama administration's assertion that the release of 52 images of a postmortem Osama bin Laden would be harmful to national security.
Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group that believes keeping the photos secret undermines the Obama administration's transparency claims, argued in a court filing last month that at least some of the 52 images the CIA has of the al Qaeda leader's body after he was killed "depict more than just a bloody mess." The group points out that a CIA official testified that some images show bin Laden's body being prepared for burial while others show the burial itself.
Judicial Watch lawyer Michael Bekesha asserted in the court filing that there was "no apparent nexus" between intelligence activities and photos of bin Laden's burial or preparation for burial. They also argued the government had failed to demonstrate how all of the images, even the non-graphic ones, would reasonably be expected to "cause identifiable or describable exceptionally grave damage to national security," as the government suggested they would.
Judge Merrick Garland said in court on Thursday that Judicial Watch was right to focus on the "least dangerous of the photos," the ones showing bin Laden's body being prepared for burial and dumped into the ocean. But he suggested that it was within the executive branch's rights to claims the images would have a negative impact on national security if it could provide specific examples supporting that contention.
"Why should we not defer to them?" he asked. Garland, who wrongly stated that U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens was killed in Benghazi during spontaneous riots sparked by the release of a YouTube video, pointed to other examples of Americans being killed because of the release of information, including an inaccurate 2005 Newsweek report that suggested a Koran was flushed down a toilet at a detention facility in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Justice Department lawyer Robert M. Loeb said that the government contends that even the photos of bin Laden being buried at sea would cause national security issues for the United States. Terrorists, he suggested, could falsely claim that the U.S. didn't follow Islamic law or mistreated bin Laden's body in an effort to spark backlash against the U.S.
While the U.S. was concerned that releasing photos of the bodies of Saddam Hussein's sons could spark riots, officials determined the release was necessary to assure the Iraqi people they were dead, said Loeb. That wasn't the case with the bin Laden photos, he argued.
Judge Garland did push the government a bit on the process it used to classify the photos of bin Laden's body. The government stated that the photos fell under the authority of a classification guideline that sets out procedures under which materials can be kept secret. Employees who lack direct authority to classify information can use the authority of that guide to classify specific categories of information. Garland asked Loeb how specific the guide was and what type of information it covered.
"I believe the guide itself is classified," Loeb answered. That answer didn't seem to satisfy Garland.
"What if the guide just says 'do whatever you want?'" Garland asked. Loeb said the process was necessary because there were so few people in the government with original classification powers.
Calling the classification guidelines "murky," Judicial Watch's Bekesha argued the government had to be more transparent about how the photos were classified to begin with.
Bekesha argued it didn't make any sense for the government to release a detailed description of bin Laden's burial, which it did in response to a Freedom of Information Act request, when it claims photographs of the very same event are classified. He suggested the government's description of the burial process painted "a more complete picture" than even photos of the ceremony could.

BREAKING NEWS: SCHOOL SHOOTING IN CALIFORNIA

Just as gun control talks in Washington ramped up today by the Obama Administration yet another school shooting has happened in a rural part of California 2 Hours North of Los Angeles. The lamestream media is ignoring this of course because when they heard it involved a Shotgun and not an AR-15 they realized they could not sensationalize the story and push their Liberal Agenda. What is next CNN? Watch CNN and the Liberal Loons call for a Ban on Shotguns too! People like Piers Morgan and all of those mental midgets need to get a grip on reality and embrace our Rights rather than try to take them away. Here is more on the story from Reuters...

Gunfire erupted on Thursday at a California high school in inland Kern County in a shooting in which two people were injured, county officials said, and media reports indicated the assailant had been arrested.

A Kern County sheriff's dispatcher confirmed the shooting at Taft Union High School but gave no other details, and the county fire chief said two people had been wounded, including one who was airlifted to a nearby hospital. The other refused treatment.

The shooting comes on the heels of a December rampage at a Connecticut elementary school in which a gunman killed 20 children and six teachers in an attack that shocked the nation and has fueled a heated national debate over gun control.

In California, an ABC affiliate reported that sheriff's deputies were going room-by-room to secure the school in the city of Taft, about 100 miles northwest of Los Angeles. It said the shooter had been apprehended by police.

The station, 23ABC News, reported that some people had called the station from inside the school, where they were hiding in closets. It said parents were being urged to pick up their children from the school football field.

Obama Gun Grab Illegal Act Of Treason Moving Forward

The Dictator Barack Hussein Obama has become drunk with power and is moving forward with his plan to gut the Constitution and install his own personal brand of absolute power to dominate and obliterate the American way of life. Here is more on the story...

President Barack Obama will consider using executive orders among the steps to curb gun violence following last month’s mass shooting at a Connecticut elementary school, Vice President Joe Biden said.
“The president and I are determined to take action,” Biden said at the start of a meeting with gun-control advocates and groups representing victims.
“We haven’t decided what that is yet,” Biden told the Weekly Standard. “But we’re compiling it all with the help of the attorney general and the rest of the cabinet members as well as legislative action that we believe is required.”
Biden called it a moral issue, adding that “it’s critically important that we act.”
Today’s session of an administration panel led by Biden was the first of two scheduled this week. A meeting tomorrow will include representatives from the National Rifle Association, which opposes new restrictions on firearms, and retailer Wal- Mart Stores Inc. (WMT)
Obama gave Biden an end-of-the-month deadline to come up with recommendations for measures to stem deaths and injuries from firearms in the U.S. Since the Dec. 14 shootings at the Newtown, Connecticut, school that killed 20 children and six adults, advocates of more restrictions on firearms have revived long-stalled efforts to push for legislation to regulate or restrict access to firearms.
Biden’s group will review options such as reinstating a ban on military-style assault weapons that expired in 2004, closing loopholes that allow gun buyers to escape background checks and limiting use of high-capacity ammunition magazines.
Beyond firearms restrictions, Biden has said the panel will examine ways to boost mental-health programs in schools and steps to alter a culture in the U.S. that glamorizes guns and violence.
Other recommendations to the Biden group include making gun-trafficking a felony, getting the Justice Department to prosecute people caught lying on gun background-check forms and ordering federal agencies to send data to the National Gun Background Check Database.
Some steps could be taken through executive action, without the approval of Congress, though White House officials say Obama will not finalize any actions until receiving Biden’s recommendations. The deadline is Jan. 31.
As far as Congress is concerned, the Senate’s top Republican has warned that it could be spring before any gun legislation could be considered.
“The biggest problem we have at the moment is spending and debt,” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, said on Sunday, the Associated Press reports. “That’s going to dominate the Congress between now and the end of March. None of these issues will have the kind of priority as spending and debt over the next two or three months.”
Building Pressure
Wal-Mart’s attendance tomorrow at the meeting may signal the building pressure for a response. David Tovar, the company’s spokesman, said earlier today that Wal-Mart officials had talked with Biden’s staff and wouldn’t attend the session in Washington because executives were in meetings at the company’s headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Wal-Mart, the world’s largest retailer, reversed course shortly afterward.
“We underestimated the expectation to attend the meeting on Thursday in person, so we are sending an appropriate representative to participate,” Tovar said in a statement. “We take this issue very seriously and are committed staying engaged in this discussion as the administration and Congress work toward a consensus on the right path forward.”
Wal-Mart sells firearms in 1,800 of its more than 3,800 U.S. stores, according to the company. Tovar’s statement said the company has been in discussions with the administration, members of Congress and gun control advocates “about the responsible sale and regulation of firearms.”
NRA Advocacy
The NRA claims 4 million members and spent $13 million trying to stop President Barack Obama’s re-election last year. Andrew Arulanandam, an NRA spokesman, didn’t respond to requests by telephone and e-mail for comment on the meeting with Biden.
Senator Richard Blumenthal, a Connecticut Democrat, has proposed a measure requiring background checks for anyone buying large quantities of ammunition.
“There is no rational reason why a person can walk into a store, fill their shopping cart with hundreds of rounds of ammo, pay up, and walk out without so much as giving their name,” Blumenthal said on a conference call with reporters yesterday.
Former Representative Gabrielle Giffords, an Arizona Democrat who was wounded in a 2011 shooting in Tucson that killed six persons, said she and her husband, Mark Kelly, were forming a political action committee to push for new gun laws.
Steve and Amber Mostyn, Texas trial attorneys, said today they are giving $1 million to help get the PAC get started.
Contributors
Steve Mostyn, one of the top contributors to a super political action committee that backed Obama’s re-election bid, is listed as treasurer of Giffords’s organization, Americans for Responsible Solutions.
Mostyn said the group will have a nonprofit wing, which will be used to conduct a public education campaign and that he’ll promote it to other Democratic Party donors as a counterweight to the NRA.
“It’s time to stop the NRA from bullying common sense out of the discussion,” he said in an interview.
Federal Election Commission records show that the NRA’s Political Victory Fund spent $16 million in the two years leading to the Nov. 6 election. An NRA nonprofit affiliate, the Institute for Legislative Action, made another $7.5 million in independent expenditures such as direct mail and ads, to help NRA-friendly candidates, according to the Center for Responsive Politics, based in Washington.
As gun-control advocates step up pressure for new laws, a coalition of gun-rights groups is pushing back with a nationwide protest scheduled for Jan. 19, a day before Obama will be sworn in for a second term. The groups are urging gun-rights supporters to show up at firearms stores, gun shows and shooting ranges that day.
About 85 Americans are fatally shot daily — 53 of them suicides, according to figures from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Meanwhile, restrictions on firearms have faced resistance in Congress for decades.
Currently, lawmakers are studying 10 gun-control bills submitted in the House last week.
One potentially game-changing plan is California Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s reported upcoming push for a ban on assault weapons, high-capacity magazines — and the creation of a national gun registry.
Another is New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s call for more restrictive state gun laws, despite the Empire State having one of the nation’s toughest assault-weapon bans already in place.
“I think what the nation is saying now after Connecticut, what people in New York are saying is ‘Do something, please,’” Cuomo said, according to The New York Times.
But firearms advocates are not taking the proposed bans — or any effort to restrict gun owners — lying down.
In Arizona, for instance, a lawyer for two gun dealers argued in U.S. District Court on Wednesday that the Obama administration’s move to halt the flow of U.S. guns to Mexican drug gangs overstepped its legal authority by requiring dealers in Southwestern border states to report when customers buy multiple high-powered rifles.
Attorney Richard Gardiner told an appeals court panel that the directive requires gun dealers to create a records system — and that the government had no authority to do that, the Associated Press reports.
At issue is a requirement that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives imposed in 2011 on gun sellers in California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas.
The requirement, issued in what is known as a demand letter, compels those sellers to report to the ATF when anyone buys — within a five-day period — two or more semi-automatic weapons capable of accepting a detachable magazine and with a caliber greater than .22.
The ATF says the requirement is needed to help stop the flow of guns to Mexican drug cartels.
Such weapons were at issue in the Justice Department’s botched Fast and Furious gun-running scheme that has been linked to the death of a U.S. Border Patrol agent. Under the bungled ATF operation, more than 2,000 weapons — including giant .50-caliber guns — fell into the hands of Mexican drug cartels and other criminals.
Most of the weapons have never been recovered.
Gardiner — representing J&G Sales, Ltd., of Prescott, Ariz., and Foothills Firearms, LLC, of Yuma, Ariz. — told the appeals court panel that the requirement was so broad it covered rifles for everything from target practice to hunting wolves, deer or bear, or even smaller game.
Justice Department lawyer Michael Raab contended that sellers should be able to determine by the manufacturer and model number if a particular rifle is covered by the requirement.
The appeals court panel is expected to rule in the case soon.
Outside the courtroom, however, many more immediate efforts are underway to oppose any government crackdown on firearms.
A coalition of pro-gun groups is staging a nationwide “Gun Appreciation Day” for Jan. 19, two days before President Obama’s second inauguration.
The group is urging supporters to flood gun stores and rifle ranges and to consider purchasing even more weapons.
“We have never had a president who so callously disregards the Constitution, Congress, the courts and the will of the American people,” Larry Ward, chairman of the event, told Politico.
Gun advocates have also started promoting a series of “Friends of NRA’’ dinners across the country.
“There’s plenty to do in our effort to support and advance this country’s proud shooting sports traditions,’’ says one dispatch on NRAblog.com .
“[The banquets are] a gathering of like-minded friends, neighbors, family members and more for a night [of] food, festivities and frivolity.’’
In addition, Soldier of Fortune magazine, under the headline “Exploiting Newtown,” is imploring its readers to oppose from “14 to 20 … anti-Second Amendment bills’’ it expects will be introduced in the 2013 Colorado Legislature:
“Published reports indicate that rabid, anti-gun, millionaire, New York City Mayor Bloomberg is sending a well-funded team to Colorado to push gun control,’’ the magazine says.
“Contact your State Senator and State Representative twice a month, starting now … Be polite, but firm.’’
As both sides prepared for a showdown, the Board of Education that governs Sandy Hook Elementary School met for the first time since the December violence.
They discussed security and how students and parents could be made to feel safe, the Litchfield County Times said.
“Our students have not been going out for recess … because of the anxiety of this thing,” Superintendent of Schools Janet Robinson said.
The school is being guarded by two armed police officers for an “indefinite’’ period.
The Litchfield newspaper quoted one parent, Michelle Hankin, as telling the board, “Going forward, I think that people want to see permanent police presence at the schools. It’s a new world in which we live.’’

Alex Jones VS Piers Morgan On CNN Recap & Video

Tonight we witnessed Alex Jones of Info-Wars completely lose a golden opportunity to defend the Constitution of the United States and we do not condone or subscribe to his point of view nor care for his extreme message riddled with conspiracy theories and misguided thinking. We Do believe in the Constitution and are all for responsible gun ownership and we do NOT support the attempts by Liberals and Obama to Dictate to us what type of guns we are allowed to own as law abiding mentally coherent citizens of The United States of America...

Tonight we witnessed what was supposed to be a Debate about Gun Control on the CNN show hosted by Piers Morgan. Alex Jones was to engage in Debate but that is not exactly what happened and his views do not reflect those of Breaking Obama. We do support the right to bear arms in its current state but that is as far as it goes in any similarity with Mr Jones. We do not have time for conspiracy theories or extremism. Bo Miller says, If you want to own a Bazooka and you can be a responsible owner then more power to you if that is what you feel is appropriate that you must own in your personal arsenal to protect you and your family. The Government shall not dictate what kind of gun you own. Here is more from Bo Miller as he posted earlier...

I wish it was more of a Debate tonight because that was far from a Debate and did not help our cause sorry to say.
If we want to be taken seriously we need to beat these jerks like Piers in a more civilized manor and not in the way shown tonight. That just loaded up CNN and Obama with Ammo to use against us legal law abiding gun owners that want to keep our guns. Thoughts anyone??? Please come join our movement and post your thoughts...
