Utah has been selected to host the 2014 NCAA Men's and Women's Skiing Championships on Mar. 5-8. It will mark the fifth time the Utes have hosted the championships -- most recently in 2000.

With an 832-point score, the most ever by an NCAA champion, the Catamounts earned the program's first skiing title since 1994 in March. Vermont finished 161 points ahead of second-place Utah.

Vermont took home its first national championship since 1994 and sixth in the program's history. The Catamounts piled up an 832-point performance, the most ever by an NCAA champion.

Despite riding an emotional rollercoaster after learning that a close friend had passed in a skiing accident, Vermont's Kate Ryley remained strong and earned the slalom title for the Catamounts.
