North Dakota State took advantage of Sam Houston State turnovers behind a powerful running performance to blow open a game that was tied at halftime and romp to its second consecutive title.
The Bearkats left Frisco with an all-too familiar feeling in the pit of their stomachs after falling in the FCS Championship Game for the second year in a row. North Dakota St. defeated Sam Houston St. 39-13.
Holding onto a Sam Houston State record for interceptions with 14, DB Daxton Swanson looks to help his team in any way possible in Saturday's FCS national title game against North Dakota State.
