    The Division of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) administers the Unemployment Insurance program. The DUA QUEST system makes it easy for employers to submit quarterly employment and wage information, file payments, and transact other DUA business online. Log in to QUEST or activate your account here.
  • Certificate of Good Standing
    Businesses sometimes need proof, in the form of a 'Certificate of Good Standing' or a 'Certificate of Compliance' from the Department of Revenue (DOR), that all state tax liabilities have been met. (For example, in order to obtain a liquor license.) Use this online application to apply for a Certificate of Good Standing and/or Letter of Compliance.
  • WebFile for Business

    WebFile for Business makes it easy to register your business, trust or organization with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Register here and log in to WebFile to pay sales tax and many other tax types online, including withholding tax and use tax. You can also use WebFile to file returns online, and fulfill other reporting obligations.

  • JobQuest for Employers: Post jobs and view resumes online
    The Massachusetts Department of Career Services online JobQuest system makes it convenient to post new job openings and find qualified candidates.
  • Submit corporate filings and annual reports online

    Certain types of business entities, including domestic and foreign corporations registered in Massachusetts, are required to file annual reports with the Secretary of the Commonwealth. Most filings can be submitted online using the Corporations Online Filing System. Online filings have the same requirements as paper filings but can save you valuable time by pre-filling the screen with the data already on file. The Corporations Online Filing System is available 24 hours a day.
