Welcome to the New Empire State Purchasing System. The Empire State Purchasing System unites over 130 government agencies from New York State to publish their solicitations from the following systems: Hudson Valley Municipal Purchasing Group , Capital Region Purchasing Group, Long Island Online Bid System, Western New York Online Bid System and Central New York Purchasing System.

The Empire State Purchasing System provides a way for local agencies across the state to more effectively notify vendors of bidding opportunities, while increasing efficiency and lowering costs for member agencies (and taxpayers) through shared resources. The Empire State Purchasing System delivers convenient, centralized online access to bid opportunities, reducing paperwork and making it easier for vendors to do business with local government.

Vendors are encouraged to register to receive direct access to the bids, RFP's, quotes, addenda and awards posted by agencies on the system.
