Mission Statement
To provide individuals and families with the services they need within a framework of laws enacted by NY State Legislature and regulations established by the NYS Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance, Office of Children and Family Services and the NYS Department of Health to assist them in achieving their highest level of personal and economic self-sufficiency in as an efficient and economical manner as possible.
