Poinsettias provide festive option for holiday decorations

There are 54 poinsettia growers in Michigan providing an estimated 2.3 million plants for sale this Christmas season. Poinsettias keep greenhouses — and growers — busy during the off-peak season. First-time homebuyers start lining up for free money from state housing agency
