Keystone Works

Are you a UC claimant looking for a career or a business looking to hire? Keystone Works provides business-driven training opportunities for eligible UC claimants. A claimant can continue to collect full UC benefits while participating in training provided by a business, and the business is entitled to receive incentive payments if the claimant is hired and certain requirements are met.

Shared Work

Shared Work allows an employer to temporarily reduce the work hours of a group of employees as an alternative to a lay-off. Employees covered by the plan receive a percentage of their UC Weekly Benefit Amount, or WBA, while they work the reduced schedule, if they are otherwise eligible for UC.
