Congressman J. Randy Forbes (VA-04) will speak at a meeting of the North Suffolk Rotary Club on Friday, September 17, 2010.  The weekly breakfast is an opportunity for Congressman Forbes and local business men and women to exchange ideas and information regarding congressional issues such as the economy, jobs, and government spending.
