Active: $225 dues plus $25 required clients' protection fund (complete and sign section 4)
Associate: $112.50 annual dues
Retired: must be 70 and not practicing VA law
Judicial: send copy of appointment letter
Emeritus: must work for VA legal aid organization (must be active at time of request to change)
