What has happened to my existing orders?

All your existing orders are safe and we will deliver them to you as promised when you originally placed them on Tesco Entertainment.

As Tesco Entertainment is no longer available, you are not able to check your order status, or amend an order online. But you can still do by calling our customer services team on 0845 600 2722.

Why can I no longer access my old account on the Tesco Entertainment website?

Unfortunately, your Tesco Entertainment account and your account history is no longer available to access online.
