Help With Federal Agencies
As your Representative in Congress, one of my most important responsibilities is to serve as your liaison to the federal government. My staff and I stand ready to help you navigate the sometimes complex system of federal agencies, programs, and benefit plans.
Casework
You can usually get the help or answers you need by visiting a federal agency’s website or contacting them directly by telephone. However, sometimes you might need additional help. When that happens, the skilled and knowledgeable staff of my Memphis office will do everything possible to help resolve your problem or get the answers you need.
