The Not-So-Great Condom and Candy Caper by 13 Year Old’s at Walgreens

Don’t do the crime, if you can’t do the time no matter at what age.

A trio of 13 year old boys have been arrested and are facing robbery charges in connection with the armed robbery of a Walgreens in Wisconsin. What were they trying to steal … condoms and candy of course. Good grief. What a future these three boys have. According to police, each of the three boys were booked into Madison’s Juvenile Reception Center on a multitude of charges, including armed robbery, retail theft, and carrying a concealed weapon.

Cops reported that the boys, whose names were withheld due to their ages, were confronted by a manager when he spotted them trying to boost the candy. After following the trio outside the Walgreens, the man told police, “at least two, and maybe all three, of the boys brandished knives.”

Additionally, one of the teens threw a stolen $15 package of condoms at the store manager, while another boy shouted, “Don’t you call the (expletive) police!”

George Zimmerman Headed to Court Today for GPS Monitoring, Bond, Travel Restrictions and Release of More Records Motions

George Zimmerman, who is accused of second degree murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, is headed back to court today. Zimmerman and his defense team will be arguing several motions to Circuit Judge Debra Nelson to end Zimmerman’s GPS monitoring, lessening his travel restrictions and get more documents and records from the prosecution. Zimmerman is looking to be able to live outside of Seminole County for his own safety. Also among the motions will be an attempt to reduce Zimmerman’s bond. The court hearing starts at 9 am ET and is supposed to last about three hours.

A slew of motions in the case against George Zimmerman are set to be heard by a judge in Sanford this morning.

Zimmerman, accused of second-degree murder in the Feb. 26 shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, has asked Circuit Judge Debra Nelson to remove him from court-ordered GPS monitoring, and to force prosecutors to turn over more records from state and federal investigations of the shooting.

The hearing is scheduled to start at 9 a.m., and last three hours.

Tuesday’s hearing can be seen on TV on the following networks.

Late to the Game Barack Obama Rips Right-to-Work Legislation in Michigan at Fiscal Cliff Campaign Stop Daimler Detroit Diesel Plant

Barack Obama just cannot stop campaigning. Leadership be damned, it’s all about politics, division and lies.

Yesterday, during a post-election, fiscal cliff campaign stop at a Daimler Detroit Diesel Plant in Michigan, President Barack Obama railed against the Right-to-Work legislation that was passed by both legislative houses. Why so serious, Barack? You appear to be a little late to the game and attempting to pretend like you care about this issue after the fact. Both legislative houses in Michigan passed right to work bills last week. It would seem that if this was such an important issue to Obama that he would have been slamming it last week, not now. You are a little too late Barack as Michigan is about to become the 24th right-to-work state in the US.

Obama stated, “These so called right-to-work laws, they don’t have to do with economics, they have to do with politics.” Which can explain why he interjected himself in the state issue. If its about politics, Obama cannot be far behind.   Hmm, and I thought liberal and democrats were about choice?

The Hill reports:

In his speech on Monday, Obama described the proposed changes in Michigan as being part of a “race to the bottom” that won’t help the economy.

“What we shouldn’t be doing is trying to take away your rights to bargain for better wages,” Obama told a small crowd at the plant. “We don’t want a race to the bottom. We want a race to the top.”

Obama’s reelection likely affords him the ability to work harder for labor on some issues.

At the same time, the upheaval in Michigan allows Obama to earn good will with labor, which might help if unions feel

One would think that Obama had more important things on his plate like the Middle East on fire, the US economy in shambles and millions upon million of Americans out of work.

Autopsy Confirms Bodies Found Last Week in Seven Bridges Wildlife Area are that of Missing Iowa Cousins Elizabeth Collins and Lyric Cook

Confirmation of ID in the case of Iowa cousins Elizabeth Collins and Lyric Cook.

Sadly we have learned today what many had already known. According to the police, autopsies have confirmed that the two bodies found last week by hunters in the Seven Bridges Wildlife Area were that of missing Elizabeth Collins and Lyric Cook.  Police Chief Kent Smock says he received confirmation Monday from the Iowa State Medical Examiner’s Office that the bodies were the two cousins, who had been missing since July 13. The full autopsy has yet to be released.

Democrat Erskine Bowles Says in CBS ‘Face the Nation’ … “We Have to Cut Spending … In order to Put out Fiscal House in Order”

Bowles states emphatically that increasing taxes top tax rates back to Clinton era rates will do nothing to solves the problem … we need to cut spending. The presidents plan is not enough. 

Democrat Erskine Bowles, who served as President Bill Clinton’s White House Deputy Chief of Staff and one half of the Bowles-Simpson debt reduction duo, said Sunday on CBS’s ‘Face the Nation’ that we have to cut spending to get out fiscal house in order. Bowles went on to say, “the most important thing is, if we are going to raise revenue and if we are going to raise it in any form then we darn well better well cut spending. Cuz spending is the biggest part of this problem and the biggest part of the problem is that healthcare is growing at a greater rate than GDP.”

Bowles said movement is apparent because both sides have taken positions that differ from previously hardened stances. He noted Boehner’s willingness to increase taxes and the president’s openness to cut entitlements.

Although Bowles expressed some optimism, he said the president has to go further. He said the president’s proposal to cut around $350 billion to Medicare is “not enough.”

“We simply made promises we can’t keep. We’ve got to face up to it,” Bowles said of the health care program for seniors. “We’re going to have to do more.”

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Names Nicolas Maduro His Successor as He Prepares for More Cancer Surguery

Ahead of his fourth cancer surgery in 18 months, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has named Vice President Nicolas Maduro his successor. The 50 year old Maduro is one of Chavez’s longest serving aides, having been the president of the National Assembly before becoming Foreign Minister in 2006.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez named a longtime ally with close ties to Cuba his heir apparent as the cancer-stricken leader prepares for a potential departure after almost 14 years in power.

Chavez, in a nationwide address over the weekend, said he was throwing his “irrevocable, absolute” support behind Vice President Nicolas Maduro to lead his 21st century socialist revolution should he be unable to carry out his duties. Chavez made the comments as he prepared to fly to Cuba for surgery, his fourth in 18 months, to treat an undisclosed form of cancer that he said reappeared in exams after winning re-election Oct. 7.

Liberal Comedian Jammie Foxx Thinks its Funny to Joke About Killing Whitey, “I kill all the white people in the room” … How Great and Black is That? (VIDEO)

SHAMEFUL DOUBLE STANDARD … Welcome to Obamaland where reverse racism is deemed perfectly ok. This is the divisive crap that America is going to have to put up with.

Who knew it was funny to joke about killing whitey? It would appear Saturday Night Live, Jammie Foxx and the audience did.  Foxx’s entire monologue was based upon, “How black is that”. Foxx began by saying, “I am dressed in black, because its good to be black. Black is the new white.” He then went on to say the following “kill whitey” comment that drew cheers from the audience. UNREAL. Imagine if a white actor/comedian said it was great to kill blacks people? Just imagine.

 “I got a new movie coming out ‘Django Unchained’. And in the movie I got to wear chains, how whack is that. But don’t be worried about it because in the movie I get out of the chains. I get free. I save my wife and I kill all the white people in the movie. How great is that? And how black is that”?

Some one might need to remind Jammie Foxx, the folks at SNL and those who ignorantly laughed at Foxx’s jokes of some words from a far more famous and influential black person than Jammie Foxx or Barack Obama. Obviously Jammie Foxx has no character.

It is truly sad that people of color are making color such a big issue. I thought that liberals wanted there to be no color barrier and all people should be treated the same? So then why do they keep bring the issue of color up? Imagine, just imagine what would be said of a white, Tea Party comedian who’s routine was based upon “how white is that” referenced killing all the black people in the room? They would be branded a racist, a member of the KKK and fired. How sad is it that Democrats continue with the racially divisive speak?  If I did not know better I would almost say they are baiting folks into a race war.  Just curious, had Romney won the 2012 election would it have been ok to say that “white is the new black”?

Newsbusters reminds us that it was just mere weeks ago that Jammie Foxx made another ignorant and outlandish comment when he stated,”President Obama “Our lord and savior.”
