Mississippi inducts Thelma Garner into the 10-Squared Talking-Book Club

Thelma Garner celebrated her one-hundredth birthday on April 5, 2011, with friends, family, guests, and staff from the Mississippi Library Commission. She was inducted into the 10-Squared Talking-Book Club and given a key to the City of Grenada by Mayor Billy F. Collins.
