Today Mayor Carl T. Raab III officiated the dedication of the recently renovated Benner Memorial Park, Richlandtown Borough. The park was named in memory of Charles D. Benner, a Richlandtown resident killed in World War II. We were honored to have Mr. Benner’s nephew join us in today’s ceremony along with state and local officials, council members and the dedicated community members who turned the vision for this park into a reality.
