hey im sure you haven't had to eat with these new food restrictions have bet not they have cut out a lot of our food okay some of us eat more than others and we aren't fat and we aren't sick either so before you come back and comment on this which i know you will go try our food see how it is then go through the day with us and practice see how you feel after wards thank you very much
