Congressman Huelskamp joined CNN's Starting Point program on January 1, 2013 to discuss the legislation the Senate passed hours before that would allow for tax rates to go up. Huelskamp had joined Ali Velshi the night before, and Velshi took issue with Huelskamp's assessment of the tax increase impact, and the two debated the issue again in this segment.
