Congressman Erik Paulsen presents an award to former Champlin Park High School senior Marja Holm for her entry in the Congressional District Art Competition. Marja titled her artwork “A Soldier’s Tear”. The piece will go on display at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. next month.
