He is the Chief Technology Officer of Esri R&D Center in Washington, DC developing open tools for everyone to build and share maps of our world. Through this work we create collaboration between citizens, government, business, and researchers to solve meaningful problems.
Andrew also develops open-source tools and wrote “Introduction to Neogeography” and Where2.0: State of the Geospatial Web.
