IDOA > Procurement > Active Contracts and QPAs Active Contracts and QPAs

The State's Active Contracts listing provides an up-to-date list of all professional services contracts in which the state is currently a party.

Quantity Purchase Agreements (QPAs) are contracts between the State and vendors in which commodities are supplied to Indiana State Agencies on an on-going, as-needed basis. QPAs benefit the state by enabling the state to aggregate its purchases to achieve bulk pricing. QPAs are awarded via the competitive bid process.

Notice to State of Indiana Contractors

The Indiana State Ethics Commission has released a new ethics training for "individuals who have business relationships with the state", which includes Executive Branch Lobbyists. While this training is not required at this time it is recommended that all Indiana contractors complete the program and retain a copy of the completion certificate.
