Lamborn Launches 2010 Congressional Leadership Program

 “I am pleased to announce that my office is now accepting applications for our Summer 2010 Congressional Leadership Program. This paid Associate program is an experience unique to my office and is reserved for college students or graduates.

“As an Associate in this summer’s Congressional Leadership Program, participants will assist my staff with constituent concerns, reporting on topics facing the Congress, and researching important legislative issues, all while gaining a greater knowledge and appreciation of our legislative system. The experience is unlike any other summer program on Capitol Hill. Previous Associates of the Congressional Leadership Program have been involved in launching the Sovereignty Caucus, attending various Foundation briefings, and giving tours of our historical Capitol Building.
 

“Furthermore, summer Associates are given the ability to take advantage of the many cultural and historical experience that Washington D.C. has to offer, including visits to the White House, Smithsonian museums, Supreme Court, and historical monuments.
